I felt like this image could work for Lost in Translation and Weapons and couldn’t decide where it belonged more.  I also wanted to mess around with dry brush technique to emulate the way hair looks underwater.  

After all, the mermaid only wanted to talk with the sailor.  But it’s rare these days for the sailors to want to talk back.
