WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE?

Anakin, Obi-wan and Ahsoka on vacation at the beach? Obi-wan getting someone else to pay the bill (um, he’s done this a ton of times, guys. Getting to Alderaan and the Deception arc being the most notable times…) Of course, somehow Obi-wan finding trouble and running off, just as he told Anakin he wouldn’t and shouldn’t do.

WOW.

This is truly a piece of art.

(Wait, why is Anakin at the beach? I thought he hated sand.)

I am so in love with everything in this scene.

– ANAKIN. AT THE BEACH. WITHOUT A SHIRT EVEN. Why is he not wearing a shirt if he’s the one who’s like UUUGHH I DON’T EVEN WANT TO BE HERE??

– Obi-Wan has actually taken off his shoes and socks! That’s how you know he’s in vacation mode! He still has two layers of his tunics on, but!! NO SOCKS AND SHOES!!!

– Ahsoka still in her full outfit. Shoes and everything!

THESE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE AT BEACH VACATIONS, I LOVE IT. And I’m forever angry that we were denied The Team in tacky Hawaiian print shirts at the beach. WE WERE ROBBED.

Holy fuck. I– I think this is the greatest thing I’ve ever seen, from Anakin’s hair to them *being at a beach* to Ahsoka still in her usual outfit to Obi-Wan pulling on his boots and sprinting into trouble. I’m–

Beach sand is clearly different than desert sand (no really, beach sand is typically much finer, thus softer than sand in deserts, at least in my experience). Plus there are no fruity drinks and lounge chairs on tatooine.

I feel like this is about bad experiences in your life. You can turn them into something good…but not always.

It also reminded of writing. Like sometimes you can spin ideas into something brilliant, sometimes the ideas are just stuck or won’t come at all.
