So this was a really personal project for me, after listening to TAZ i wanted to do something to show my love and appreciation for it, as well as get the chance to say goodbye to all the characters again. Hopefully that comes across (wow this is truly the dorkiest thing I’ve ever done)
Anyway feel free to ask why i picked which character for each Tarot card (trust me i thought way to far into it) and please listen to taz if you haven’t already!
i wrote a twitter rant about how “The Meg” is for the ladies. (it’s probably not but. let me have my interpretation)
As soon as Lori was revealed to be Jonas’ ex-wife, I expected the plot to shoehorn them back together à la Twister. (Because nothing rekindles a relationship and resolves whatever made you break up in the first place like sharing a near-death experience, am I right?) But that didn’t happen. There was no “I guess we love each other after all.” They acknowledge each other, and move on.
Such a beautiful set that it’s difficult to get a picture that really captures the complexity of it—the swirls of purple moss trapped in pink and blue color, the strips of holographic paper. I don’t know how many of you know about the Faerie Fire Anthology that was recently successfully funded on Kickstarter, but this set reminded me so much of the art and general vibe of that project that I had to have it. I’ll definitely be rolling these babies when I finally get to play a game set in the Wilds.
